About this event
We’re excited to invite you to our Half-Yearly Garden Club Meeting, and for the first time, we’re holding it in the evening to better accommodate members who work during the day.
Since we only meet twice a year, we have a full and important agenda, including:
Celebrating our recent accomplishments
Reviewing and refining our rules and guidelines
Planning for the months ahead
To establish a quorum, we need at least 10 members (20% of our 49 members) present. Your participation is vital!
If you cannot attend, please be sure to send us your proxy so your vote can still count. We want every voice to be represented.
