You spoke, and Lifestyle listened!
After receiving feedback about the BBQ Cook-Off and Dessert Showdown, we've come up with a solution that we hope will make everyone happy and encourage more residents to participate.
FREE Hamburgers & Hot Dogs!
Lifestyle will be providing complimentary hamburgers and hot dogs for residents who register on the HUB. If you're already registered, don't worry—you’re already in!
The event will still have a potluck feel, and residents are welcome to bring a side dish to share if they wish, but it is completely optional.
BBQ Cook-Off
Participants only need to bring enough of their competition entry for the judges. There has never been a requirement to provide food for the entire community, although you're welcome to share with fellow residents if you'd like.
Dessert Showdown
The Dessert Showdown will follow the same format. Bring enough for the judges, and if you'd like to share your dessert with friends and neighbors afterward, you're more than welcome to.
A huge thank you to the Tailgaters for volunteering to grill hamburgers and hot dogs for our community. We are incredibly grateful for your support and willingness to help make this event a success.

One More Exciting Update!
Don't worry if you're planning to spend the day at the pool—you’re still part of the party. Our favorite DJ, Bernie, will be providing music throughout the entire event, so whether you're enjoying the pool, checking out the BBQ competition, cheering on the dessert contestants, or racing down the water slide, you'll be right in the middle of the fun.
